La chaîne logistique impose son rythme et contraint les sols. Nous gravitons autour du rond-point, nommons le paysage, les conteneurs, les plantes, les restes. Nous creusons le sol et remontons le temps. Un film giratoire, où récits et objets composent une nature morte, un rituel d’ancrage avec le vivant dans une société hors-sol.
This is a strange zone in the Rhône delta – industrial, portside – where thousands of lorries pass each day, loaded with goods from across the world. The logistics chain imposes its rhythm and weighs heavily on the land. We orbit the roundabout, naming the landscape, the containers, the plants, the remnants. We dig into the soil and unearth time. A circular film, where stories and objects come together to form a still life – a ritual of grounding with the living in a society unrooted from the earth.
