Synopsis

Les coulisses du Festival international du film de court métrage de Grenoble en 1973 et 1974, avant la création du Festival du court métrage en plein air en 1978. Nous assistons à la préparation de l’événement, aux réunions avec les réalisateurs, aux débats entre le public et les auteurs, mais aussi aux discours sur la décentralisation de la culture et la volonté de promouvoir le cinéma en province.

Behind the scenes of the Grenoble International Short Film Festival in 1973 and 1974, before the creation of the Festival du court métrage en plein air in 1978. We see the preparations for the event, the meetings with the directors, the debates between the public and the authors, and also the speeches on the decentralisation of culture and the desire to promote cinema in the provinces.
